Ormonde Jayne is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrance and beauty products must remain sealed with the original cellophane intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is secure and protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Apply the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
